Why have Magic if you can't use it? Well this is the page where you can buy all sorts of magical abilites that fit your character's needs. Below we have seperated the magics into tiers. Each tier requires the purchase of the coorisponding Wsyper in order to unlock those abilites. For example you only need to obtain one Oblivion Tier 2 Wysper to unlock all Oblivion Tier 2 magics. Tier 1 Elemental { 1 ability = 1 lvl } | 200 wysp Each
Fire Barrage - User creates multiple balls of fire that are thrown at the opponent in quick succession, keeping the opponent off balance.
Rock Missile - The user can use chunks of rock from the ground below them to throw at their opponent.
Walking on Water - User can walk on water, this can make for awesome looking battles or for a quick getaway when things get rough.
Creating Currents - The user is able to create small currents to put an enemy off balance or to throw loose objects at them.
Lightning Cage - From the built up friction in the air the user is able to control static to create a lightning cage. Immobilize the opponent for a short period of time.

Tier 2 Elemental { 1 ability = 3 lvl } | 400 Wysp Each
Fire Storm - User creates an intense storm of blazing heat and flames.
Earthquake - The ground begins to rumble beneath one’s feet and can throw them off balance.
Aqua Dungeon - A dome of water is used to imprison an enemy and prevent them from acting offensively.
Whirlwind - A user can create a whirling mass of air torrents that can be used to move loose objects and even throw an opponent away large distances.
Vine Manipulation - The user takes full control over the earth below them, pulling vines from the ground and using them as extensions of their being, able to cause physical damage.
Weather Changer - The user is able to create large storms in a small area around them. With higher levels, the user is able to create larger, more violent storms.

Tier 3 Elemental { 1 ability = 5 lvl } | 600 Wysp Each
Asphyxiation - The user removes the air from around their opponents head and inside their lungs. Can be used to kill in the wrong hands.
Fire Claws - The user summons their strength and can create claws of fire, these scar the flesh they burn and can cause considerable damage if wielded properly.
Earthen Armour - User can summon an armour of rock to protect themselves from most attacks, can be penetrated if attacked with the right amount of force.
Lava Rush - The user is able to change their immediate surrounding into cracked rock with streams of molten lava.
Aqua Limbs - The user is able to encase any of their limbs in water, this can be used for offensive means by whipping their enemy with the water or for defensive purposes.

Prime Elemental { 1 ability = 10 lvl } | 1000 Wysp Each
I Can Fly! - The user creates currents of air around their body, moving themselves through the air. They can fly.
Seething Breath - The user is able to breath fire by heating up their insides and unleashing it all in one breath, be aware that if this is used too often or not with enough precision, it can cause major damage to the user.
Aqua Lungs - The user is now able to breath underwater for periods of time. Can be used for sneaky escapes or for ambushes.
Tier 2 Radiant { 1 ability = 3 lvl } | 400 Wysp Each
Sweet Dreams - The user is able to subdue anyone into a deep sleep within seconds of initiating physical contact. This can be used in battle or for therapy.
Flesh Wound - User can now heal larger, more significant wounds.
Suns Child - The ability to create orbs of light that follow the user around, whether this is used to distract or light up an area is up to the user.
Angels Whisper - The user can now soothe someone's mind from troubling thoughts and calm any fear they may have.
Ethereal Shield - The user creates a shield of light that is impenetrable. As the user’s level rises the shield can cover more allies.

Tier 3 Radiant { 1 ability = 5 lvl } | 600 Wysp Each
Heart Stopper - A user is able to stop and even restart someone’s heart, this can be used for offensive action or for healing purposes. It can even be used to kill in the wrong hands.
Broken Bones - The user is now able to heal broken bones, whether they can see them or not.
Balancing Act - A user can cure internal diseases and viruses for a victim, they are able to balance all the internal imperfections and imbalances the victim has. They can also reverse this effect to be used in battle or for therapy.
Memory Key - The user has the ability to relive the memories of their target, the target also sees their memories before their eyes as well so this is not a stealth ability.
Little Helper - A user can now summon a minor spirit animal to aid them.

Prime Radiant { 1 ability = 10 lvl } | 1000 Wysp Each
Ultimate Sacrifice - Gathering all of your energy, and perhaps at the cost of your own life, you are able to heal fatal wounds and even revive recently dead creatures.

Tier 1 Oblivion { 1 ability = 1 lvl } | 200 Wysp Each
Disguise - By using the shadows around them, the user is able to disappear from sight for short periods of time. Does not work if there are no shadows nearby.
Shadow Ropes - Using nearby shadows, the user is able to stretch shadows and ‘tie’ the target in place, keeping them in place as long as they have complete concentration.
Subdue - By using shadows around the user, they are able to dull their opponents senses. Only works for limited periods of time.
Surface Thoughts - A user can now read anyone’s surface thoughts, only works if there is eye contact and can only glean information like the enemies opinions and tactics in battle. The target will not know of someone reading their thoughts.
Tier 2 Oblivion { 1 ability = 3 lvl } | 400 Wysp Each
Shadow Needles - The user is able to inflict physical damage onto an enemy using spikes of nearby shadows. Multiple needles can be used at once but this requires a lot of concentration.
Sight Loss - By masking their opponents face with layers of shadows, the user can momentarily blind an enemy, this can make for a quick escape or for an easy target.
Deeper Vision - A user is able to see deeper thoughts in an enemy's mind, this skill does not need eye contact but will only work if there is enough concentration. The target will be aware of someone searching through their mind, however and certain animals can expel any intruders.
Illusions - The user is able to create small illusions to scare the enemy by manipulating the shadows and objects around them, this only works for short amounts of time and can be told apart from the real world by the trained eye.
Tier 3 Oblivion { 1 ability = 5 lvl } | 600 Wysp Each
Night Terrors - Reading their opponent's mind and seeing their deepest, darkest fears, the user can create more realistic illusions to paralyse their opponent with fear.
Exhaustion - The user can drain the energy from their enemy, gaining that energy to use for themselves.
Puppet Master - Using shadows, the user is able to control a target’s movements and force them to do their bidding. Shadows must always be in contact with the target and user however.
Think like I do - Using their knowledge of mind reading and shadows, the user is able to plant small thoughts into the target’s mind. This can be used to paralyse the enemy with fear or to persuade someone to your point of view.

Prime Oblivion { 1 ability = 10 lvl } | 1000 Wysp Each
Arcane Beast - The user transforms themselves into a beat of darkness, they can wield the darkness with complete control. This ability can be used for as long as the user wishes, but the longer it is used, the more damage it will cause the user when they revert back to their normal form.

Tier 1 Practical { 1 ability = 1 lvl } | 200 Wysp Each
Sensitivity - The user can briefly heighten all of their senses to aid them in battle.
Someone ate Their Carrots - The ability to see in pitch black is now readily available to the user, can be used to counter many abilities used by Oblivion magic wielders.
Voice Manipulation - A user can perfectly duplicate another's voice, but the user has to have heard the voice they are duplicating at least once, otherwise they will not know what they are duplicating.
Aura Lift - The user is able to use their aura as an extension of their being in order to lift heavier items or so simply bring things closer to them. The higher the level the heavier the item a user can lift.
Deafening Silence - A user is able to silence all noise within a certain radius around them. This can cause disorientation to the opponent or in everyday use it can help with relaxation.

Tier 2 Practical { 1 ability = 3 lvl } | 400 Wysp Each
In a Flash - A user can give themselves a burst of speed, this includes their breathing and heart rate, pushing this ability too far can cause severe damage to the user.
It’s Clobberin’ Time - The user is able to give themselves an increase of strength, this saps a lot of energy, however and can only be used for short periods of time before the user runs out of energy.
Now You See Me - The ability to project an identical image of the user to confuse or mislead an opponent.
Armour - The User is able to make their skin impenetrable to any attack, be it magic or physical.
Kinetic Blast - The user is able to focus all their energy into one massive, invisible blast. The color of this blast is solely based on the user’s aura.
Premonition - The user is able to tap into a ‘third-eye’ sense to read bits of the future. This can aid in battles to either protect friends or perhaps even win.
Tier 1 Radiant { 1 ability = 1 lvl } | 200 Wysp Each
Pain Relief - A simple touch and enough concentration grants the user the ability to numb any pain, can be used to calm a victim's mind from tormenting thoughts or used to numb physical pain.
Sixth Sense - The user is able to sense if anyone is in pain or mental anguish.
Healing Touch - The ability to heal small cuts and bruises of a victim.
Scar Removal - Touching a scar can remove it from the skin of another creature.
